We can provide you with our services as a General Contractor if your commercial, or light industrial, project already has completed plans and specifications. In this arrangement the owner typically provides all of the design services including Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

For over 40 years we have been providing design-build services to our clients. Let our experience and knowledge of the local market help your project be a success. We will work with you to develop the project from the ground up, including securing all professional design services. This option is typically faster and more efficient than traditional construction methods and will often result in a lower cost for the project.

Our experience in construction allows us to see some of the cost implications of choosing a particular site. Often times a proper site analysis can result in substantial savings in construction costs.  We are also familiar with the local conditions that may influence your site selection.

Tilt-Up construction may be new to you, but it isn’t new to E. V. Cox. We have successfully designed and constructed over 300 tilt-up facilities in Oklahoma. They range in size from 8,000 to over 220,000 square feet. The company has been awarded a national achievement award in 1996, 1997, 2001 and 2005 for an outstanding tilt-up project by the Tilt-Up Concrete Association. We know tilt-up construction and how to use it effectively and when not to use another method to achieve the desired result.
