Project Name and Use: Quality Chevrolet. Automobile Dealership and service facility.
Project Size: 66,897 square foot automobile showroom and service building including 22,603 square feet of existing bank building incorporated into the projects
Project Location: Garth Brooks Boulevard, Yukon, OK
Construction Time: 240 calendar days.
Construction Features: Smooth concrete tilt-up panels combined with with metal roofing panels transformed a 1970's bank into a General Motors "Concept 2000" dealership. Cast in place concrete columns lend a majestic appearance to the main facade of the building.
Exterior Construction: 5 1/2" thick, 4,000 psi tilt-up concrete walls with a hard trowelled finish on interior side of all tilt-up walls, fiver year warranty on exterior coating system, single ply modified bitumen roofing system, standing seam metal fascia panels.
Design: Build Services by E. V. Cox Construction included Architectural Services, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
